You'd call our winters warm, Patty, we don't get snow. Nearest snow is 30 miles or so from us , on Mt William in the Grampians Mtn range. Minus 5 degrees is a very cold morning for us (stop laughing). During our 13 years of drought our Winters were all blue skies and sunshine. I don't have a lot of tea roses, Rosette Delizy, Peace, Tipsy Imperial Concubine, White Maman Cochet etc.., hybrid teas seems easier.
I like most roses myself, angeldogs. If I don't like them it's because they are weak, or the flowers ball, or they don't last long etc..
