Its BS he became buddies with Pacell of HSUS and he said he was rehabbed. I guess some football tickets and a few donations and your cured. Oh just to make it better he got a Rottie. I hope this dog is good or who knows it's fate, I'm sure he still has buddies in the fighting biz.
Howard and his wife are big supports of rescue.
