'Course, just cuz the ABA endorsed the new policy doesn't mean any municipality will follow up on it.  But at least it's out there now for municipalities that might be thinking of strengthening their problem animal legislation--and corporate counsels will have it there in front of them when the boards come asking for advice on the legalities.
