Where is there any mention that the OP has bylaws? Perhaps I'm missing it.
As for Dogo's, they are unfortunately gaining a lot of popularity in places with BSL, we have had a few in rescue in this area in the past year and they are a lot of dog especially if from poor breeders. What exactly is it that you are attracted to with this breed besides the look?
