I can be of no help,but my neighbor has a white Husky(Fate),she is gorgeous..but since they have 2 little girls,one in the crawling-stage,the owner says she's practically having the vaccum attached to her.
Fate gets brushed every day,she is a wonderful dog and definitely worth all the hair on the floor..
