Hawk on our porch rail Dec. 2011
Not a pet - but neat to see.
My roomie got these shots of a hawk on our front porch railing in December 2011. These aren't great shots, but they were taken through a double glass window, screen, and porch banisters. They came out pretty good considering.
I have never seen a hawk around here before. Our best guess is he/she is a Red Shouldered hawk. Amazing bird! and amazing he/she was here!
