You are right. Only the members of the family can judge Raggs' quality of life. Everyone else is outsiders with opinions (and we all know that opinions are just like
we all have one). I think we all know that you love Raggs and will make the best choices for him. So many of us have been in situations making choices for elderly pets in failing health. All we want is to make the best choices. We know, and most importantly, I'm sure that in some way Raggs knows, you are making the choices for him in his best interest and out of love. No one, man nor beast, could ask for more.
