I don't know the answer to that, Hazel. I might ask an expert. I have the beautiful striped rose, Fourth of July, flowering now and just love it. I also fluked getting another striped one, it was supposed to be a red rose and instead came out pink and white. The third rose will be the divine Sharifa Asma. It has the most sensational fragrance.
lindapalm, I don't have much of a garden this year but we'll see what I can find to cheer you up over the cold months. I will have a nice iris collection next year when I get those I've ordered(25
) but knowing my luck we'll go back to normal weather conditions then and I won't have much success with them. It would be tough gardening where you are if you have to pull geraniums out. Ours just thrive all year round.
