I have mallards visit every spring. I try to discourage them, as they can make quite the mess, but I'm warming up to this fellow. He isn't scared of the dogs at all, much to Bentley's surprise, ha, ha. He doesn't make as much of a mess as the pairs do and he loves to sit on the pond decking and have a snooze in the sun.
