no the rain water has not sat for long....
i think the last vet visit was 3-4 months ago.
I had another thought could be the meds from the vet making him thirsty too.

pinched nerve pooch
I took my 11 yr. old (at least got him from the spca that long ago) to the vet today she thinks he has a pinched nerve. I have some meds and he is supposed to rest for the week. He is a lab/border...
