I hope by now your cat had expelled his anal sacs.

If he hasn't he will become more and more uncomfortable.

If this were my cat, my baby, I would take him to another vet who may have a better...

Emergency situation

What's wrong surely is INTERNAL.

3 days of lethargy, and not eating/drinking is potentially fatal!

Don't wait around...bring her to a vet. TODAY!!!

That will run you somewhere between 25-50 dollars. IT will help a lot since cat hair sheds more when it's long.
