He could end up getting worms or other nasty parasites....best if you keep kitty indoors. He'll remain safe indoors and then you won't have to worry about the many dangers of being an outdoor cat.

Seems the "owners" took the cat in sometime last fall when they brought it in for shots. The kitty was starved and weighed less than 5 lbs when brought to the vet...the "owners" had to syringe feed...
