Is it like a mucous film or her inner eyelid?

If it's the inner eyelid then it is inflamed, probably due to an infection. You should take her to the vet for eyedrops, it will clear it right up.

It may just be because she is uncomfortable from the operation, but you should have the sneezing check out.
