keep her isolated
unless you know she has no fiv or anything contagious keep her isolated until you know use a larger dog crate or build her a shelter

most shelters do not take feral cats

The best thing to do is keep the Mother , care for her nurture the kittens socialize them and then if you must take them to a pet shop you will have to get on a waiting list some pet shops are owned...

It does not have to be your cat in order for you to take it to the vet, it is in need, it is a stray and lawfully you can so take it to the vet you are just rendering as a good Samaritan, no law...

keep these well hydrated
even if you have to get a syringe with no needle and force the nursery water or pedialyte into them hydration is the key to survival parasites are bad news, I can hardly wait to get these kittens...

I just wash the tear stains out with murine on a cotton ball
I think washing the tear stains regularly with Murine, ( a sterile soltion containing sterile boric acid is all you need really on a cotton ball gently
