I would take her to the vet as soon as possible.
A friend of mine just lost her dog over the weekend - it was sort of similar. Dog was throwing up for a few days, and then colapsed.... quickly...

The Royal Canin Indoor formula is also somewhat of a light food(13% fat), with "hairball care" properties in it. Any reason that that should make a difference?
