As for her tiny size....she has always been super tiny. We had her brother from the same litter (who has since passed) and he was about the same size as my Charlie...

Update

My biggest fear was that she ingested something but it turns out it was pain related. The vet did an examination and figures that she has a slipped disc, or bulging disc, or something disc related....

Walking through areas like you are, I would feel safer if my dog barked at questionable people...
