You might have a bigger problem with private trailer parks, but all Provinical Parks and Conservation Areas allow dogs - but they must be kept on leash, and as mentioned visitor centres would be off...

Until my fosters can prove they will not eat/destroy the house when I'm not there (or can't keep my eye on them) - they are asked to go in...
