Have to agree with allfurlove, I wouldn't leave them alone unsupervised for quite a while yet. But you do have to be Alpha at all times and I'm sure the new rescue will settle down with training...

Bendyfoot is right, dogs who gobble will usually bring it back up then chew it. I have a small terrier who eats chicken wings and thighs and will gobble the whole thing without chewing then gag it up...
