I agree it looks sore and possibly a bite..but it's just a guess.
It might just stay at the same level till your next vet visit, but you're the main judge of everything we can't see or know from...

BUUUUt you should try to discourage this because they will get bigger and have a stronger bite force and still think this is acceptable play...
