Cat/Kitten food, help me choose the right food

Hello everyone. I am sure some of you saw my frantic posts over the last few days with my sick kitties. They are doing much better now. It seems the culprit may very weel have been their crazy diet....

I wanted to update again to let everyone know that after just a few hours on the special food and antibiotics my kitties are doing great! They are running, jumping, playing... and NOT pooping on...

I mentioned to a friend that my cats have the runs and so does my baby and she suggested that maybe my son got ill FROM the cats. Is this possible? Should I mention the sick cats to the baby's doc...
