Well, it doesn't look like a very big lump. But it's been there for two weeks, appears to hurt him and he's limping. So it would be off to the Vet for me.

Anything to do with the eyes is very frightening and I would Vet. I'd Vet for that amount of vomitting as well, it's gone on too long and a small, slightly built dog like that might dehydrate...

Agree with the above. But, one pustule, pimple, I probably wouldn't worry about myself. I'd clean it, use something non stinging to help dry it up. Keep an eye out.
