my 10 year old chiuhauha inherited fluid in her chest from her mother. she takes fluid pills to take the fluid out,but she leaks a wet spot now where she lays sometimes.Is this a normal thing to happen?

I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean she is leaking from the chest, or from the bladder? Is she on diuretics?
