Cat has red swollen half-shut eye
 

My outdoor female calico cat suddenly has a swollen eye...right eye. Is it possible this was caused by another cat in the neighbourhood? Is there anything I can do for her from home? Any home remedies? Please let me know A.S.A.P> Thank you!

Id take her to the vet, sounds like it could be from a cat fight, and possibly infected... better get it checked out so that if it is an infection it will be cleared up so it doesnt cause blindness.. id keep it clean by wiping it with a little warm water and a soft cloth till you can get to the vet, better safe than sorry :)
