Dog Has Bleeding Sores On Feet

I HAVE BEEN TO THE VET - BUT THEY CANT FIGURE IT OUT. HE HAS LITTLE SORES ON HIS FEET. THEY BLEED AND SEEM TO DRY UP. BUT THEN NEW ONES FORM. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO...PLEASE HELP!

For this problem, there is only a short description of the lesions, it is not enough information to be sure of the treatment.

But I could still suggest these homeopathic products:
LACHESIS MUTUS 7CH and
ARNICA 5CH
both been given 3-4 times a day (3 pellets or 15 drops each time)
