Taco/Mac & Cheese Bake
 

ingredients:

1 lb ground meat (use chicken for less fat).
1 packet taco mix

1/2 cup Salsa

1 box mac & Cheese (PC white chedder works best)

1 cup grated cheese of your choice.

Make taco meat accorind to package directions. When done, add the salsa

Make the Mac & Cheese according to box directions.

Put the taco meat on the bottom of a cassarole dish. Put a layer of cheese. Put the mac & cheese on top, and the rest of the cheese. Bake at 400 until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce with taco fixings, like sour cream and nacho chips on the side.

That sounds good I will have to try that this week, Justin (hubby) LOVES tacos and Mac and cheese so how can I go wrong. LOL :D

My MIL makes this all the time! She makes it for every party or gathering we have because she loves it so much, and that it's easy!

That PC white cheddar mac is awesome!! I love it with pepper or ketchup!!MMMMM!!!!
I just don't know if I can picture that with the taco stuff! I am such a picky eater!!
