My Puppy won't stop chewing. You name it she chews it! How can I stop her?

:confused: My puppy is a miniture American Eskimo Dog she is 9 weeks old and all she does is chew. I have a bone for her and two or three chew toys. She even chews on your clothes. I need help in how I can stop her! I've tried spraying her with water but she likes it!
