West jet kennel sizing
Hi,
I am about the fly two dogs on Westjet, confirmed... my question is I have two kennels 36"L X 25"W X 27" H, I noted there maxes, 36" L X 24" W X 26" H... This is concerning me a great deal so I checked petsmart to see if I can get kennels within sizes, and without dropping the sizing hugely I cant. Has anyone ever flow with a kennel an inch to big, is it a hard no no...? Thank you for your advice!!!!! |

I think I brought the kennel from the airport, it was so long ago. update on flight?
Hi "Canadiangoose"!
I am facing a similar situation as you described in this thread -- ie. my lab's kennel is 36"L X 25"W X 27" H, while the Westjet checked baggage max is 36" L X 24" W X 26" H. Did that extra inch on the height prove a problem for you? I'm very eager to hear how you managed! Many thanks. |
actually west jet was ok with it..... traveled fine
hope this helps |
