Kitten bites

Hello,
I recently got a kitten.
It usually sleeps and when it wakes up and eats some food its very hyper. At some points it starts attacking peoples feet and sometimes tries to bite it. or it attacks the hands.

yes i have bought him toys but that doesn't stop him from doing that.

Is there any way i can get him to stop this act?

Thanks
Simon

My bet is that your kitten is just very very playful.. they like biting, or at least mine did. I would just try putting a little ball of tin foil on a piece of yarn or string and show it to her and bounce it around let her chase it and get her all tired out! She just wants to play.
