lumps on nose

Was wondering what could be causing them. Nyx only has lumps on the top part of her snout/nose, no other lumps only on the nose. See them mostly in the morning I have been giving her allergy meds. They do go away with the meds but does come back the next day... I have notice by her tear ducks she now has lumps... nothing has changed at home. And my other dog doesn't have any lumps. Do plan on taking her to the vet, its just finding one that nyx will let near her.
I did give her a bath today just in case she got something on her that was causing this reaction and I really don't want to keep her on meds. She doesn't have fleas. Will be washing all the bedding tomorrow
Will take a picture of the lumps tomorrow to show

Don't think it autoimmune condition.
Looks like this dog but not as many bump/lumps(whatever you want to call them)

I'm thinking it may allergies but she didnt get them last year during spring.
Its weird cause we will be up for a bit before they start.. but its weird as they only n he top of her nose

hmmm very odd- could be an allergen that's for sure. But might also be bites of some kind....hmmm.

Plastic food dishes have been known to cause acne/reactions - just throwing that out there.

Well I think I have figured out what is causing this reaction in Nyx my neighbour had his yard aerated while dog and I were away and this when he had it done. I noticed that every time she goes out back to go the bathroom she gets the bumps. Hoping to take her with me tomorrow when I am away from the house for the day and see if she gets the bumps...

Neighbour hasnt aerated his yard for 3years so would explain the only real change

Well whatever was causing the bumps on Nyx nose stop... she doesn't have any on her nose, she been out and in most of the morning. Yesterday was a bad day for the bumps as it seem anytime she went outside she started to get the bumps if the all very meds had started to wear off.

My dog had some red bumps on her nose too. I have been putting polysporin on it, she rubs it a little.

Well she went to the vet turns out its allergy it got a bit bad and she on pills for 8 days... cause was from digging n the mold of the leaves.. she could get it every year or just depending on the snow melt.
