some smilies to make us smile

Marko, Is there anyway we can get some sleeping "ZZZZZZ" smiles and some new smiles?? and put some of the other to rest for awhile?? When we post the same one are always there, just to make things a little different, I'm pretty sure that some of the smilies are getting tired and would like a rest

what do you think?? hummmmmmmm
Please :D

Hunter's_owner July 13th, 2007 08:48 AM

I think that is a Great idea :thumbs up
There are some smilies that I have never used before and some that I wish I could have...so yeah some new smilies would be great;)

hazelrunpack July 13th, 2007 08:50 AM

How about a little :thoughtful smiley: or :smiley with a light bulb idea above his head:? he he hazel doesn't get many ideas, but madame hazel has a good one now and then!

breeze July 13th, 2007 08:52 AM

these are great ideas keep them coming so that Marko does not have to read our minds for what we would like to see :thumbs up

marko July 13th, 2007 10:36 AM

:) smiley addicts you all are eh?

Ok we can probably add some more...but we've added and removed smilies before and straight up...there is no pleasing everyone. Every time we add or remove them we get mostly good reviews with some complaints. We'd be willing to add 1 more row of 5 smilies.

Sooo I'm going to leave this thread up for a short while. Please let us know which smilies you feel are wasted...and which smilies you feel we need.
We'll make a decision and hopefully most members will be happy...but some won't. No matter what though, we'll get through the experience together, and grow and learn from it - and hopefully we'll be even smilier at the end of the day.
:D (Marko gets silly and giddy - sorry) :D

breeze July 13th, 2007 10:50 AM

Some of us be having a bad influence on you.

I like the idea ofthe "sleeping zzzzz" smiley and the "lightbulb" smiley. :thumbs up

I'd like to see a more hip party smiley than this boring guy  and I still don't think we use :king: and :queen: enough to keep them.

I know there's another smiley I thought we could use but I must be having a senior moment right now. :o

breeze July 13th, 2007 01:17 PM

I am in total agreement on the sleepy zzzz one and the lightbulb smilie and a different crazy one IMO
(I will see if I can find some to show you
maybe some of us can find a smilie we like and post them and then we all can chose???????) going to go look for some to show you

the ones I don't use is the

heart happy face
pukie one :footinmouth: oops it is the foot in the mouth one hard to tell the difference
the king and queen :king: :queen:
and the flags :usa: :ca: unless you have to keep the flags

Woohoo, I like all of Breeze's choices plus I'd love to see a drooling smiley and a crying smiley. I would not miss the :king: :queen: but I do miss the old unhappy smiley (not as sever as the sad smiley).

good suggestions everyone !

Please keep these ideas coming...I'd like to keep this thread open for at least another week to give more people a chance to add their opinions.

unfortunately we still find the animated smilies too distracting....
but we can freeze them in 1 pose like this one from breeze's post #17

Thanks all!

Marko
