FRUSTRATED WITH PEE- Seperation Anxiety

My 4 year old rhodesian ridgeback i think has seperation anxiety. She pees about 1/2 of the time when we leave her. She pees in one room only. This is even after she goes outside. When we are home shes great and lets us know when she has to go out. I think I have tried everything possible to help break this. Even tired wee-wee pad. she just pees off of them. ANY SUGGESTION I AM AT A LOSS>
She pees in one room only.
What happens if she doesn't have access to that room?

I rally don't know where else to put her. If I put her in the kitchen area I am afraid that she will still pee and it will then be under my counters and I will not be able to clean under there.

Frustrated

She might feel secure in a cage, one that she is gently and gradually introduced to. That way you could restrict her movements and eliminate peeing in inappropriate places.
