Ho-hum! Just like that fall came and went. We really didn't have a nice fall this year IMO. Too rainy. :frustrated:
I like the one picture of the shed/house with the wheel and colours. Is that like an enclosed sitting room or a shed? Looks pretty. |
How beautiful is that!!? We get NONE of that here, Hazel. Oh, a few pretty leaves on the pear tree, and the mulberry, but our natives just stay green. Thank Heaven you have only one season when your trees aren't looking an absolute picture. I know Winter has its beauty too but I prefer your leafy photo's.
|
I like winter trees, too--something very austere and pure about the starkness--but autumn is my favorite foliage season. :D
klm, that's the in-laws' "wood shed". It used to be a roof, two supports and a back wall on a cement foundation. It was where the past owners stored wood for their furnace. The in-laws took the concept of "wood shed" and ran with it! It's now a 3-season retreat...very nice! |
Your photos are poetic, Hazel. Absolutely lovely, all of them, but the 5th one is my favorite :cloud9:. And the Hazelrun prison, wow, pretty fancy :D.

I should read before I write . Very pretty retreat :cloud9:. |
 I'm sure we could make room in the Hazel Run Retreat once you're out on parole! :p It's not heated, though--at least in the prison you'd be warm at night. :D
