Chihuahua screams when she is told no... HELP!!

I have a 1 year old female chihuahua who I got when she was 9 months old. Most of the time she is fine and she loves to cuddle, but she has a problem when she knows she is in trouble or when you tell her no. If I call her name when I want to take her for a walk or to go in her crate she will sometimes listen and sometimes won't. When she doesn't come after I call her name a few times and I try to approach her she will start crying as if someone was hurting her, and if I try to pet her or pick her up while she is like this she will try to bite me. I usually need to really calmly talk to her and sweet talk her into coming towards me and calming down. I have another chihuahua who is 3 years old and has never had this issue. Coco (1year old) also pees when she is too excited. I have never hit her and I am wondering if she was abused before? How can I stop this behaviour?
Thanks
Dianna

I know you probably don't want to hear this but this dog needs a behaviourist.

The screaming when she is told no - this dog was probably abused (physically or emotionally) so the word no = pain/uncomfortable stress and dogs lash out when under stress.

1. Re-condition the word "no" - Say, no in a happy tone, then reward with a treat. Work on that by slowly deepening your voice to the tone that triggers her fear and ALWAYS reward when she hears the "no".

2. Her mind is programed to fear when a person calls her so again you need to re-condition this.

Everything you're doing to get these reactions, STOP. Let her have a vacation from this, don't say NO unless you're training, and don't call her for her leash, try another way (I'm not there do I don't know what else you can do without triggering her fear)
