Peaches

I bought a basket of peaches not really realizing just how many there were in there or how little time I would have until they went bad. So, I need something to do with them and I found a pretty easy recipe for peach cobbler. I have all the ingredients, except lemon juice, but I do have lime juice. So, is it possible to substitute lime juice for lemon juice in a recipe?

Byrd..I think it will be fine! Its probably just so the peaches dont go brown??

Ah the citric, yes, never thought of that. It's only a tablespoon anyway.

Peaches come in a can
they were put there by a man

And if I had my way, I'd eat peaches everyday ....
