I have searched the intranet and most people give their dogs probiotics. Now my dog is on Fibre Response produced by Medi-cal. He also requires plain yogurt to with his meal. What I purchased is Jameison it has 1 billion now I want to wean him off this food but He still has quite alot remaining. Does anyone have any suggestion as to how and when I should start weaning remember I Have one huge un opened bag remaining thank you:ca:

I think u misunderstood.

Whatever the new food is, don't just switch from A to B overnight..mix in the old food and gradually wean the dog off it, that way.

here's an article with schedule - Hope it may help.

Not all yogurts are the same, some have live and active cultures and other have gelatin which do not have the same benefit and really do not help. There should be no sugar or sweetener alternatives in it.
