my dog

if a dog got your dog and you think their pregnant and your not sure, when she pooped a little bit of blood was swirled in it, is that a sign of pregnancy? she is 2 1/2 yrs. old

There is not a sure way to know unless you take her to the vet. but here is a couple questions, Is your girl in heat? How long has she been in heat? and how long where her and the boy stuck together? When my girl had her puppies, she didn't bleed in her stools. but I have known some that have. Usally the period where the female becomes pregnant is 9 days into the cycle but it can vary. A female has more success getting pregnant during the first couple days of Estrus but it can still happen. Hope this helps. Normal pregnacy in dogs is around 58 days. Good luck:pawprint:
