Posting Pics

I am on a new computer for the third time in a row......:frustrated: So I ask again what the best resizing free program available, also easy to use? Thanks, I would like to start posting pics again.

I use Irfanview, it is pretty easy to grasp.

I used Microsoft paint, seems ok. Irfanview has a this other stuff that downloads, I am afraid to mess up my computer again. LOL

irfanview.com
gimp.org

Gimp is a VERY robust program that can rival photoshop on some levels....not too hard to use, but Irfanview might be easier cuz it's simpler software.

If goes without saying that it's MORE than my pleasure to help any member if they are having trouble posting pix or anything else.

Just PM me directly if you ever need help.
Thx!

Here is some basic info on how to use irfanview from an old thread http://www.pets.ca/forum/showthread.php?t=24118

I just checked to download Irfanview - This link from dowload.com just installs irfanview and should be 100% safe (once you click this link the download starts) If you want to choose your own place to download irfanview, just go to irfanview.com

hope that may help
