A Fatty Patch On My Lab

My black lab has a fatty patch on the right side of her chest it doesn't hurt her. My vet said it isn't anything to worry about unless it impeds her walking. He saids that to remove it would be very intrusive to her. I am just wondering what it really is and is there anything I could do,non-surically, to help it either get smaller or go away?

im sure if it were anything to worrry about your vet would be the first person to tell you, seeing their usual love for animals.. (and moneys involved) if your vet doesnt seem to think anything is wrong with it chances its fine
