the kitten is on a diet of tuna fish and water.

Welcome to the board! Are you able to get some wet food for the kitten? Tuna is not good for your kitten. Especially if thats all your giving it. They can get that as a treat one in awhile but its potentially dangerous to feed it as the main source of food.

If the kitten is really young it may still need to be stimulated to go. This is usually done my mom until there old enough.

How old is the kitten?

I need some help here

Ideally, you should be feeding a high quality grain free canned food (EVO, Wellness, Before Grain - those are what comes to mind off hand)

Do mean you're feeding the kitten canned tuna for people? If you're that is not a balance diet and there is a lot of salt in it too. If you need to bring the kitten the vet or call and see what you should do.

Is fancy feast ok?

The "gurus" here will tell you any wet is better than dry but there are higher quality wet than FF. As Loki Love has mentioned a grain free one would be a better choice right now. Do you have a Gobal Pet Food store where you are? You can even use the "search" function on this site to Google cat/kitten foods and get a bunch of good information.

If she still hasn't pooped a vet visit might be in order too.

Good luck!
