Can I be running a mile or so each day with my 7 month old beagle puppy? Please reply!

That may be a little too much for his still developing bones - but if you're not making him run flat out fast and after a mile he still seems energetic enough to go another mile, it's probably OK. I know with large breeds (I have Rottweilers) that it can cause permanent damage to their joints if they are pushed into too much exercise before 18 months old or so. But with a Beagle it's probably fine...

Also he should never be run when it's hot out!
