She's such a special girl. I love all of my kitties equally, but Czari will always hold a special place in my heart. Her first years of life were hard, and I'm so happy she's with us. I always feel like I have to make things extra special for her, just to make up for what she never had.

Looks like Czarina is recovering wonderfully from her dental :thumbs up

I know what you mean about these rescued kitties having a "special" place in your heart. Rose has one in my heart too. :lovestruck:

AG, I find it amazing what YOU did for Czari...you never gave up on her. I am sure she sensed that too. You are definitely a kitty

Thanks. She's a special girl. I think she really wanted a home. I'm very happy to have been able to give her one.

They're both looking sleek and healthy, AG! I love that first one of Czari playing with the bag! :D

Yes, she was a stray in my apartment complex for about 3 years. I saw her when I moved in in Sept of 2007. I tried to bring her inside in December, but it ended badly. She attacked Kiska, then ran passed me when I opened the front door coming home. She was outside again for another few months, then I found out some nasty old woman on the first floor was going to "get rid of her" so I brought her inside again. I set her up in the kitchen, had her on prozac so she would not be too stressed and we took things slow. After about 4 or 5 months, she was finally mingling with the others. She's slowly become more accustomed to being an inside cat. She plays now, she gets zoomies, she chases the others, she jumps on the counter. :D

Vlad looks very at home in the laundry basket. But then he loves Mommie's warm laundry. :cloud9: Czari sure doesn't seem to be suffering too much. Must be the pain meds. :cloud9:

LOL, he and Maks and Kiska are the regulars in the laundry basket.

Czari has been doing really well. She's been eating with no problem and really doesn't seem to be bothered at all, so I'm really happy about that.
