Bulk pet food in ontario?

Hey everyone,

I now have 6 cats and 2 dogs so I am looking for a cheaper food to feed them. I used to feed Wellness and Innova, dry and canned food when I only had 2 cats and 1 dog, but it's getting so darn expensive. Does anyone know of a place in Ontario that sells bulk quality food with quality ingredients? I don't want to have to down grade the food I am feeding my pets but it's getting really pricy. Now I am buying Canidae/Felidae or a holistic house brand of dry and I try to buy Wellness or Innova canned which isn't bad but even that is getting expensive for me. I don't think my kitties like the Felidae either and I am not to fond of the ingredients.

Suggestions?

I know Nutro has a frequent buyers special. http://www.nutroproducts.com/fbpnutroReg.asp

You may want to call or email other companies, and explain how many pets you have, and if they offer discounts or coupons for frequent buyers. Or maybe talk to your pet supply store and see if they give discounts for customers with multiple pets.

Thanks guys. The pet store I go to has a card program for certain brands, buy 10 bags get the 11th free. I also get 10% off wet if I buy a case. I just find most pet stores don't carry the super large bags of dry food for cats. Guess not too many people own 6 cats or more:D

I had set a limit on 5 cats but..the last 2 were feral sisters and I could separate them!;)

I am sorry to hear about you collie, I have yet to lose a dog that is mine. All the dogs I have lost were when I lived with my parents and I was pretty young. I can't imagine how hard it is going to be.
