hammocks

Hi all I'm new here..My b/f and I have 7 hamsters, 2 rats, 2 guineas and 1 fish ...My b/f and I adopted 2 (6 weeks old) girl guinea pigs last Dec., boy have they grown.. I make our Rats hammocks and they "LOVE THEM" and heard guinea pigs like them too ..Is this true?

I'm surprised to hear that the rats love them, much less guinea pigs! :D But try it and see. Your girls will be happy to help you out, I'm sure!

Welcome to the board, rodentsRus! I'm sure one of our members, Frenchy, will be around soon. There will likely be lots of :yuck:s and :eek:s in her post because she isn't a rodent fan. But there are plenty of us here that like rats and guinea pigs and hamsters, so if you have pictures to post, we'd love to see them. (There might be a short delay before you'll be allowed to post pics, though.)

Pics

Is it hard to post a pic? I have lost of them...

hazelrunpack March 13th, 2008 09:53 PM

It's not hard. It's just that there is a delay built into the board--to keep spammers from posting pics. So you have to have a minimum number of posts before you can post a pic. If you PM Marko, he can activate your attachments early, though.

Once you are allowed to post attachments, just scroll down below the Reply to Thread window and find the Manage Attachments button under Additional Options. There's a dialogue box that comes up that allows you to search for files on your computer to upload. Attachments have to be 100KB or less in size, though, so you may have to resize your pictures.

What is the minimum number of posts you have to post before I can upload my pics anyways?

:o I don't know. It's something new. I remember reading about it, but my memory is pretty bad... :o I thought it was 5, but you already have 6 posts.
