Tabby's 1 Year Anniversary
 

Well I cant believe it has been 1 year already since I lost my precious Tabitha. I miss her and her brother Bomber everyday. Each day I come home I tell them how much I miss them. Somedays it is much harder than others but I do believe I will see them again.

I had hoped to adopt / rescue again but my hubby is still saying he is not ready and I have to respect that.

Miss you every day Baby Girl! Till we meet again!! :candle: :angel2:

Dear sweet Tabitha. She will live forever in your heart Winston. They never really leave us, and I agree, we will see them again one day.

Winston, a woman wrote this poem to be said at her funeral, it goes along with what you said about seeing them again.

Do not weep for me when I am gone
For I have friends in the great beyond.
All the little ones I used to feed
Will come to me in my time of need.
They will purr and bark in great delight,
And I will hold and hug them tight.
Oh what a great day that will be
When my furry friends all welcome me.

It passes fast Winston...but we still miss them. I'm sorry for your losses as well L4H :grouphug:

It's amazing how important they become to us and how hard it is to see them go. We never really do get over it. And they're never with us long enough :grouphug:
