puppy seller started a shop by my friends office i asked him if he workrd with any rescue groups he said get lost

Sounds like an awesome plan!!! Hehe may cost a bit but do up a bunch in envelopes and mail them to him!! At least that way you couldn't be charged with trespassing or defacing property. You could send a few registered too..here you have to go to the post office to sign for them.

use a really good glue so when it dries it next to impossible to remove!!

I understand your frustration but you know that will only make you look like a nut bar to his potential clients and will take away credibility from the cause to people who are still uneducated about it.

How about putting up somethings in your friend's office or outside the office?

A flyer on his windshield prehaps? No glue of course. I've had papers get stuck there before as if they were glued, it just ticked me off rather than giving me a message.
