Unacceptable cat behaviour

Hi, I have two 5y our old fixed female tabby cats and 9mths ago a neutered male tabby (we are unsure of his age) turned up at our place. We couldn’t find an owner and he stayed. They all have unlimited access to outdoor, indoor as we live in a rural community. The male has started to continually attacks the girls to the point they are both terrified and I cant get one to stay inside anymore. We really want to keep all of them but what behaviour modifications do we need to try. Any help would be appreciated

First off Welcome to the forum!

Others on the board will have more experience than i with ferals but one of the first things that comes to mind are the pheromone products that soothe some (but definitely not all) cats. Feliway makes both a diffuser and a collar that calms some cats down.

Rescue Remedy has also proved useful for some.

A loud No! from you if and only if you ACTUALLY see the cat attacking the other can't hurt at all.

Hope others have additional ideas.:goodvibes:

Any new pet needs to be introduce slowly to pets that been living in the house first. You can't just put them all in one room , a fight could break out. There are more links that tell how to introduce a new cat to rest of the cats.
