Canned Food
 

Hi Guys,

Can anyone recommend a good brand of Dog food for a small (3lb) Chi mix?
The vet had him started on Science Life canned chicken and liver and he seemed to like it alot. Anyone try Merrick Turducken or other brands that you could recommend? Merrick's cans are huge. I'm looking for something smaller as he would be fed this maybe 2-3 times a week along with his dry kibble (Orijens)

maybe freezing the unused portions?? *shrugs* from what i hear Evo has some good canned food. do you feed any tripe?? sorry, those are all big cans but look at it this way!! less trash going into the dumps with larger cans. maybe you can puck up some small containers to freeze it in?? baby food jars?? press some plastic wrap into the top of it for freezer burn.

My dog LOVES Wellness canned...he practically turns himself inside out for it...and they have lots of flavours for variety.

Did someone say Merricks? Yummy!!! Every year we give my sister's lab a can of Turducken for Christmas. This year the silly boy took the unopened can into his crate and started licking the label off. Wellness, & California Natural Salmon & Mackerel are great too. Some companies sell the smaller sizes.
