Hello

I have already introduced myself, i just have a question. How do you close a thread when you have received the answer you are looking for ?

Only the admins or the mods can close threads and they usually only do it when someone breaks the rules. Usually they stay open in case someone down the line can relate to the thread. Hopefully that helps. :thumbs up

Thanks Jesse

I belong to a computer help site and they ask us to close the threads

Usually they stay open forever unless they get heated and confrontational... Sometimes a couple of years later, somebody with the same problem will reply...
Yeah, what Jesse's Mommy said. :o
