Dumped for having diarrhea!/MTL

1 Attachment(s)
Poor Carson. He was adopted a week ago from the Hudson vet clinic. For whatever reason (vaccs, new food, new home) he got a little bout of diarrhea and his new owner didn't like it and re-dumped him.

He is about 7 months old, sweet, loving and playful. He is healthy, vaccinated and neutered.

Can you give this little guy a forever home? If you can, call the Hudson clinic at (450) 458-5382 or go to 5412 Harwood BLVD.

Wow--that's insensitive. I'd almost prefer someone to say they've dumped the pet because they had a baby....geeze. You see something new every day.

These idiots would have dumped him at any sign of trouble anyway,so better sooner than later, while he's still a kitten..
I hope they are now forever on the vets"do not adopt to!!"list

Lowlife...

Disgusting. The former owners I mean. We can only hope they don't have kids.

What where they expecting? This is a living breathing animal some things should be expected once in a while. I hope they get theirs.

That is so disgusting!! Poor Carson! It means this people cannot look after an animal or children - how would they like to arrive in a new home after living through uncertain and scary times. One does not need to be a rocket scientist to understand the necessity of being prepared for a new arrival in a household. Hopefully Carson will find a great new forever home and it is just as well he did not stay with these uncaring heartless people!

I can't believe that! Poor Carson! I honestly don't understand some people... really... But as others have said - it's probably better now, then later on after he got attached to them.... Poor little guy (and such a pretty boy too) I hope he finds a great forever home soon!

We spent hours with Sunny before adopting him. Even then, we paid a deposit for him and spent a few days finalizing the cat-proofing of our house and getting things ready for him. We had problems at first (he would bite us all a lot at first). The HS helped us out with advice but also told us we could bring him back if we wanted. But, we already knew that behind that bossy biting cat, was a real sweetheart and heck, we already made the commitment! So we worked with him and learned to understand him (and found good advice for that here :) ). He has been with us for almost 8 months and we just ADORE him. (he's still bossy, but he rarely bites us any more - mostly we get kisses now  ). He is a great, loving and very fun cat! If we'd of just given up it would have been our loss!

I hope these folks never have children -- you don't always get what you planned on with kids either!
