Lucie (aged Great Dane) is looking for a new family (Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, QC)
 

Lucie is an older (about 7 years old) sweet Great Dane. Found as a stray, she seems to have had serveral litters of puppies. She has also previously had her vocal cords removed (sorry, I dont know what the term is).

Lucie dosnt mess inside, she hangs out in the front office with us, as this old girl dosnt appreciate life in the kennel. She does know her basic commands and listens really well. She is very affectionate and loves to lay at our feet and be petted. She gets along with dogs ans is very curious about the cats.

You can visit Lucie at the shelter 7 days a week, between 1pm - 6pm. Her adoption fee includes her sterilisation, basic vaccines, and deworming. She has also gone through a behaviour evaluation. (or msg me for more info)

What a cutie how sad to lose your home at that age and how mean having her devocalized. Have you contacted Gwen at Birchhaven she may be able to help
